Distinguish the many types of manifold

PEX manifold sweat and spin closed is a type of manifold to answer certain plumbing issues. There are different types of manifolds differentiated on the basis of the attaching style with the PEX pipes or the copper pipes.   They are also differentiated on the basis of open ends and the system of a closed end. The inlet outlet sizes are also a matter for the choice of the right manifold.

PEX manifold sweat and spin closed is one with a sweat style and female type of fitting. The manifold has two versions to it. The versions are dependent on the side of the inlet. The right version comes with left inlet and the left version comes with the right inlet. Or which ever side is the outlet the manifold is named accordingly. The outlet is spin closed.

PEX manifold sweat and spin closed is a copper pipe of one inch diameter like all the other manifolds the trunk pipe diameter is standard. It comes with a number of outlets to the side. All the outlets are equidistant and have ball valves which can be turned with a handle which is provided for operating the valve.  The size of the outlet is 1/2″.  Manifolds come with 8, 10 or 12 side outlets and two can be paired to increase the number of outlets.

PEX manifold sweat and spin closed is an integral part of the floor heating system. Hot water is passed through pies which are fixed under the floor. Manifolds are used to distribute water through all the pipes at the same time so that the there is maximum utilization of heat given by the hot water. The hot water from the trunk line is feed to all the pipes at the same time as water can flow out of the side outlets into the pipes simultaneously.
